Shipping and Returns

Returns

At Santa Bárbara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your product. If you're not, you can, of course, return it. Returns are free and can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us via email. return@santabarbarabcn.com Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will arrange for free collection of the product within 24-48 hours.

Once the return has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges, so you must request a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping costs paid by the customer in the order will only be refunded in case of return if it is due to a defect in the garments or an error in the order.

Only products that are in the exact same condition as when received—unused, in perfect condition, and with their tags—can be returned. We do not accept returns on personalized items.

Shipment

For products we have in stock, shipping will take 2 to 3 days. For products made to order, shipping will take 5 to 7 days. Once we process your order, you will receive an email letting you know when your order will ship.

Shipments for Mainland Spain, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands They are made through the transport company Correos Express.

For Spain Peninsula , Santa Barbara offers Free shipping for orders over €70 .

-For orders under €70 in Peninsular Spain Shipping costs 5.90 EUR (standard shipping)
-For Canary Islands Shipping costs €15.
-For Balearic Islands Shipping costs €10.

Shipping to other countries is done through the postal service and has the following costs:

Countries of the European Union
Fixed cost of 15 EUR

Countries outside the European Union
Fixed cost of €20

Taxes and fees for non-EU countries

Customs duties and taxes are not included in the final price of our products.
If you are ordering from a country outside the EU, please be aware that your shipment will go through customs and may be held up. In these situations, the end customer is responsible for claiming the entire shipment from the local authorities, as well as covering all customs clearance costs.

Santa Barbara is not responsible for handling any costs related to possible customs fees or taxes.
