How do I return or exchange a product?

At Santa Barbara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your product. If you're not, you can, of course, return it. Returns are free and can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. What payment methods are available?

You can pay by credit card or through a PayPal account. Follow the instructions at checkout, and if you have any questions or problems, write to us at hola@santabarbarabcn.com or via chat.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For products we have in stock, shipping will take 2 to 3 days. For products made to order, shipping will take 5 to 7 days. Once we process your order, you will receive an email letting you know when your order will ship.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes, we have gift cards with different amounts and they don't expire. A great option if you want to give a gift and are having trouble deciding. You can order one here…

How will my order arrive?

Our packaging is designed to surprise you! We don't use plastic. Inside your box, you'll find your order wrapped in tissue paper, tied with a ribbon and a sprig of lavender. Each shipment also includes a card with plantable seeds, so we can work together to protect the environment and you'll have a lovely keepsake from us.
